Edoardo Ghignone

Before starting his international career, Edoardo grew up in Milan in a happily dysfunctional family. His parents were co-owners of a small factory, a typical agile and client-centric Italian family business. Every dinner was a Leadership Team meeting. While alignment and accountability meant an enjoyable evening for the kids, misalignment and blaming were sources of tension and… everybody was sent to their room!

In 2011, after twenty years of living, leading, and coaching in six different countries, Edoardo created an approach fully dedicated to Leadership Teams that helps achieve extraordinary and purposeful performances. He used this wide range of experiences to profoundly understand the major challenges faced by leaders of medium and large international organizations. Clients describe him as a ‘kind provoker’. His trust in the client’s potential and knowledge enables the co-creation of a common path based on transparency, frankness, and openness.

When he lived in Paris, Edoardo was writing about art for Ars Magazine and becoming Faculty Director and professor of Creativity and Innovation at the Istituto Marangoni Paris.
